BMW 420i G26

Being a photographer has taken me many places but I didn’t expect to reconnect with an old school friend - who has got himself into this beautiful G26 420i (which is quite the step up from an 11 year commitment to a VW Polo).

Undeniably a beautiful car; the new 4 series divided opinions due to the implementation of the huge grilles.

Personally, they’ve grown on me as we’ve started to see them more across the model range. If you think these are ridiculous, you need to see the new BMW XM.

Sitting on 19” Style 860Ms, and Hankook tyres, the ride was super smooth on our unforgiving B-Roads.

The interior of new BMWs have become incredibly alien to me. Long gone are the days of a solely driving focused machine, the inclusion of every creature comfort imaginable, makes the inside of this car a nice place to be, moving or stationary.

I really like the G26, and I can definitely see the appeal, but im a 90s baby, and cars pre 1999 age like wine 🍷
